Security & data handling for serious pilots.
Contractors entrust job photos, notes, and commercial conversations. Here is how BizFlowAI thinks about ownership, AI, and authority — before you run a pilot.
Data ownership
Your company owns its job records, media, and exports. BizFlowAI processes data to provide the product. We do not sell contractor job data.
Human authority
AI produces drafts. Money fields, customer commitments, and official records require human confirmation. The product is designed so automation never silently becomes the final word on extras or approvals.
Immutable evidence
Original field captures (voice/photo metadata as stored by the product) are treated as evidence. Edits create history — they should not silently rewrite what was captured on site.
Access & permissions
Role-appropriate access is a launch requirement: field users capture; office/PMs confirm and export; admins manage the company workspace. Exact permission matrices ship with the product and pilot agreements.
AI processing
Speech-to-structure and vision assists may use model providers configured for the deployment. Pilot agreements will state where processing runs (cloud and/or customer-controlled options as available). Do not put secrets in voice notes you would not put in a text to your PM.
Backups & export
Production deployments include backup and export paths so you are not trapped. Export formats and RPO/RTO targets are defined per environment at pilot/production time.
